Sardacom has been working with private communication systems for over 20 years and has gained a great deal of experience in this field. Sardacom offers clients the latest in cutting edge telephone systems, based on Integrated Service Digital Network (ISDN) and Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) technologies.


Sardacom has been granted First Level Ministerial Authorisation, issued by the Department for Communications of the Italian Ministry of Economic Development, which qualifies it to connect any type of internal telephone installations, including those with radio and/or fibre optics systems, to the telephone network throughout the country, without any limitation on the number of extensions.


Thanks to training programs, certifications and a strong relationship with leading brands, Sardacom offers Alcatel technologies for the office and is now the exclusive Alcatel partner in Sardinia. Sardacom currently installs, sets up and maintains Alcatel 4200, 4400, OXO an OXE systems.

The Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX Enterprise Communication Server (CS) is a highly scalable solution, based on a pure software communication server platform that delivers multimedia call processing for Alcatel-Lucent and third party clients/telephones, including TDM, IP and SIP. This rich call handling application offers world-class business telephony features for medium, large and very large companies as well as a choice between centralised and decentralised IP telephony solutions..

Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX Enterprise CS provides the components for any IP and/or traditional communication solution, thanks to the integration of the most recent Linux, XML, SIP, VXML technologies and to open standards such as QSIG, H.323, CSTA and SIP. It offers scalability from 10 to 100,000 users distributed in multiple locations and provides real time and highly reliable solutions with carrier level performance and availability levels of up to 99.999%.

Cablaggi strutturati

Sardacom progetta e realizza da anni cablaggi strutturati realizzati in rame (Categorie 5e, 6 e superiori) e in fibra ottica, per il trasporto dati, fonia e flussi video. Oltre all'esecuzione, ci occupiamo della certificazione della rete secondo le norme in vigore.

La posa e la manutenzione è operata normalmente da tutto il personale specializzato di Sardacom, gli strumenti utilizzati e gli apparati impiegati sono sempre di ultima generazione. Le certificazioni ottenute sui vari sistemi ci consentono di intervenire con oculatezza e professionalità garantendo al Cliente il massimo risultato.
  • Realizzazione di sistemi di cablaggio strutturato in rame e fibra ottica rispondenti alle norme ISO/IEC 11801 - EN50173 - EIATIA568 previste per le diverse categorie (cat. 5, 5E, 6, 7)
  • Reti LAN Fast Ethernet, Gigabit Ethernet, 10Gigabit Ethernet
  • Redazione e fornitura della documentazione tecnica relativa al cablaggio eseguito e al progetto.
  • Redazione e fornitura di documentazione tecnica relativa a cablaggi già esistenti, a seguito di accurati sopralluoghi ed analisi tecniche presso il cliente.
  • Verifica e certificazione strumentale di impianti nuovi o già realizzati da terzi.
  • Allestimento di armadi dati (rack) con pannelli di permutazione e apparecchiature attive come switch, router, firewall e centralini telefonici.

L'esperienza molto approfondita del Team tecnico sulle reti di telecomunicazioni ha fatto si che si creassero forti sinergie con i principali gruppi industriali che producono le tecnologie e con i loro distributori che, grazie ad una attenta opera di formazione, ci hanno consentito di poter esprimere al meglio le competenze a totale vantaggio della Clientela. Operiamo normalmente sulle tecnologie CISCO e NetScreen installando, configurando ed esercendo reti geografiche sia in tecnologia ATM/FR che IP/MPLS.
